My Story

With a combined 60 years of experience in all sectors of real estate, Angela Dean and Wanda Cook are dedicated to providing you the highest quality service while making you feel like family. Working for almost a decade in real estate appraisals, Angela knows how important the process of selling and buying a home can be. With her experience as an appraiser, Angela knows how to effectively price your home to get it sold quickly and for top dollar. If you are in the market to buy, she will ensure you are not ever overpaying for your dream home. After she gained the right experience and knowledge, she began the journey to become a licensed realtor. Since then, she has gone above and beyond to ensure that every client—like you—is 100% satisfied in the entire process of buying, selling, or renting. Real estate has been a part of Wanda's life for nearly 50 years. When her father would visit the rental properties he managed, she would tag along as a kid. Later, she spent several decades in property management managing teams in more than 8 states. Additionally, Wanda sold new construction homes for 18 years. She can help you with your new home needs whether that is a custom builder, build on your lot or in a lovely community with a production builder.
